Gorgeous venue of mixed use style. There are designer shops and mid to fast food eateries covered parking. Some parking was free I saw other garages that charged. I don’t know the rates. There was a dog relief area, and there were plenty of dogs with owners walking around enjoying the venue. Very crowded on a Saturday as expected.

High-end. Fun shoppes, family-awesome, stellar food options & endless hidden gems to discover ✨ Free parking. Restrooms available for shoppers. Play area for the kiddos. Diverse selection of food picks (fast-casual & sit-down). ‘Expected’ Del Mar posh mixed with some familiar favourites and specialty boutiques perfect for locals and out-of-town visitors alike.

One Paseo is a gorgeous, luxurious mall with many beautiful, top chains. It is breezy and beautiful, lots of seating areas, lots of patios, many restaurants, all the high-end chains, clothing stores, food stores and places to drink along with eat. It's a gorgeous world class small outdoor mall. Highly recommended!

We left with a sour experience. Drove over an hour to visit here and spend time with my wife. After spending money on Nicks restaurant and other shop, my wife wanted just fun pics for fun and to enjoy the place. However we were stopped by security telling us we couldn’t take pictures with my camera but we with the cellphone was ok because it’s “private property”. That was the dumbest thing I’ve heard. When you take pictures with your cellphone EVERYTHING is in focus. When you take photos with a camera you can easily blur the background and just focus on the person. If you want privacy then the camera would be the obvious choice. But I believe the person who made the rules aren’t very bright. Surely thought, this was the first and LAST time we stop at this place to spend our time and money!!!

One Paseo is an urban Village with new luxury apartment homes, curated shops and stellar dinning. This unique place features coastal meet country vibes. There is an abundant of parking spaces and even a kids place for children to play! Some shopping options include; Lululemon- Athletic Gear Faherty – Men and Women Clothing Vibeflow – Yoga Studio Sephora- Personal Care and Beauty Products Fjällräven- Outdoor Clothing and Equipment for Men and Women. Dining Options include; Parakeet Juicing, Nicks Del Mar, CAVA, Tendergreens, Mizukiyama Sushi, Harland Brewing, Bluebottle coffee and many more. Family and I got to visit Urbn Pizza and Harland brewing both were delightful places for happy hour.

the most overly gentrified and super expensive shopping centre ever. there used to be beautiful empty land here, couldve had a beautiful park or something... instead now there is also one paseo apartment buildings creating more traffic.. like there already wasnt enough people in the area

I love this place. Very cute, lots of different boutiques and dinning options. Parking I think can be an issue on a very busy day but that’s just normal anywhere. My favorite place here is Parakeet cafe. Once I ordered a salad with salmon on the side. This was probably the best salmon I have ever had. Love their pastry, food and coffee options. Bathroom is super clean too always.
